Shipping policy

If you have any questions about your order, just call the store 9am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday 10:30am-4pm at 519-568-7373.

Generally orders placed by 5pm will be ready for delivery or pickup at the store the next day we are open. Mondays we are closed. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday by 5pm will be available for pickup or delivery on Tuesdays. If you have any questions about when your order will be ready, please call us during normal business hours.

Curb-side pickup instructions: If you selected Curb-side pickup as your shipping option at checkout, orders placed by 5pm will be available for curb-side pickup from 12-4pm the next day that we are open. Sabletine closes at 5pm, so any orders not picked up will be held until the next day we are open. When you arrive in our back parking lot call us at 519-568-7373 and we will bring your order out to your car. If you can pop your trunk we would be happy to put it in there for you to maintain social distancing. Sablétine is located at 203 King St. S., Waterloo. The entrance to our back parking lot is from John St., turn in next to the Dog Groomer.

Delivery instructions:  If you selected local delivery (within 15 minutes) as your shipping option at checkout, orders placed by 5pm will be delivered between 1-5pm the next day that we are open. Mondays we are closed. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday by 5pm will be delivered on Tuesdays. Before we arrive we will call the phone number associated with your order to confirm you will be home to receive it. We will drop off to your front door, so there is no need for you to interact with our delivery driver to maintain social distancing. If you live in a condo or high-rise apartment building we will leave it at the front door of the building, we won’t deliver to the door of your apartment unit to minimize our delivery person’s exposure.

Note: If you are outside of our delivery zone, but have selected delivery, you will be contacted via phone and your order may be cancelled. If desired, your delivery fee can be refunded and your order changed to a curb-side pickup.
