Curb-side Pickup

If you have any questions about your order, just call the store 9:30am-5:30pm Tuesday-Friday, Saturday 9:00am-5pm, and Sunday 10:30am-3pm at 519-568-7373.

Orders placed by 5pm will be ready for pickup at the store the next day we are open. Mondays we are closed. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday by 5pm will be available for pickup on Tuesdays. If you have any questions about when your order will be ready, please call us during normal business hours.

Orders placed by 5pm will always be ready by 11am the next day we are open to help us manage inventory.

Curb-side pickup instructions: Orders placed by 5pm will be available for curb-side pickup from 11am the next day that we are open. Sabletine closes at 5:30pm Tuesday to Thursday, 5:15pm Fridays, 5pm on Saturday, and at 3pm Sunday, so any orders not picked up will be held until the next day we are open. We are closed Mondays.

Sablétine is located at a new location, 209 Lexington Road, Waterloo. We have parking in front of our store!

Cancellation Policy

Due to the short turnaround time for next-day online orders, there are no cancellations or refunds allowed. We do not accept returns of purchased food. All sales are final.
